Return & Refund Policy

At Taqwa Halal Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all items are handled and shipped with the highest level of hygiene and accuracy. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of food products, not all items are eligible for return. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition (excluding perishable goods).

     

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh meat, dairy, frozen products).
  • Products opened or consumed, even partially.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
  • Products purchased under clearance or special offers (unless defective).

     

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at hello@taqwahalalfood.jp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

     

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and received (if applicable), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For eligible defective or incorrect items, full refunds including shipping may be issued.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with taste unless the product was spoiled or defective.

     

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be covered by Taqwa Halal Food.
  • If the return is not due to our fault, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
