Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on orders over ¥6,500 (excluding tax), excluding shipments to Kagoshima, Okinawa, and Hokkaido.

Please note:

Frozen delivery incurs additional charges regardless of order value.
Maximum shipping weight is 25 kg and maximum size is 120 cm per box.

Frozen Goods Policy

Frozen orders weighing 5 kg or more qualify for free frozen shipping, except for deliveries to Kagoshima, Okinawa, and Hokkaido.
Frozen shipments must adhere to a maximum of 20 kg and 100 cm box size.

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (Daibiki): Additional collection charges apply and are borne by the customer.
Credit Card & Bank Transfer: Currently not available. For future updates, please check our website.

Customers are responsible for being present to receive deliveries at the address provided at the time of order.

We shall not be held responsible for unsuccessful or delayed deliveries due to:

Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear addresses,
Absence of the recipient at the delivery address,
Delivery refusal or unavailability at the scheduled time.

In such cases, the customer may be required to collect the order directly from the courier service depot.

Order Tracking

Customers may trace their parcels using the tracking number provided at dispatch. For delivery status, please contact the assigned courier directly.

Operating Hours

Taqwa Halal Food operates from Monday to Saturday (until 12:00 noon on Saturdays), excluding public holidays. Any special holidays or closures will be announced on our website.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day, subject to regional cut-off times and courier availability.
